Recommended dosage: Take 1-3 tablets with plenty of water 30-60 minutes before exercise. General recommendation is to take 3-6 mg of caffeine per body weight.

Ingredients: caffeine, fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), humectant (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).

Warnings: Contains a high level of caffeine (100 mg caffeine/per tablet), do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for persons under the age of 18. May cause sleep problems if tablets are taken late in the day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original packaging in a dark, dry place (8-25 °C) out of the reach of children.

The maximum safe amount of caffeine for adults is 400 mg per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
