    This drinkable gel is ready-to-use and can be drunk without water. Take the Gel just before or during an intensive workout.

    Gels are often used when eating a bar is not possible (for example due to a high heart rate) such as running. This can also be applied during hockey, for example during rest or transition periods. During cycling, this is often applied at the end of a heavy training and/or in a period where the heart rate is also increased, such as when climbing a mountain. Recommended use: Take 1-3 gels per hour of exercise. Use depends on personal need for carbohydrates.
