Add the powder to your sports drink, protein shake, energy gel or as a supplement to your daily diet.

Make your own sports drink with Malto Dextrin and take it before, during or after exercise.

Use as a sports drink: add 30 grams to 500ml or 750ml of water. Optionally add a flavouring, such as lemonade or thick juice. Add a portion of Malto Dextrin to your Protein Shake and drink it within 45 minutes of exercise. As a carboloader: take 2 servings (2×30g) two or three days before exercise. Take 3 to 4 servings 1 day before the start and on race day take another 2 servings 2-3 hours before the race.
